Benchmarking Success
(BMS) are looking for interested parties to Become
BMS Associates. An Associate will gain access to the BMS
database and best practice model
and will be authorised to use the unique BMS supply chain
analysis process to provide business improvement and
benchmarking services in their region.
A BMS Associate will have:
- strong operational and
consulting experience
- a broad knowledge of supply chain
principles and practice
- excellent analytical and facilitation
skills
- an existing customer base but are
seeking to expand and develop their business
- good knowledge of their region
- a strong network of business contacts
in their region
BMS will provide Associates with:
- access to our registered
analytical and reporting tools
- access to our database of over 700
company supply chains
- a tried and tested method for the
establishment and operation of industry based
Improvement Peer Groups (and our experience with the
operation of over 25 such groups involving over 200
companies, some of which have been operating for more
than 10 years)
- full training and support services
for both technical and business development
- ongoing research and product
development
- access to BMS principals for business
development and peer group establishment and support
Becoming a BMS Associate is not a
franchise. You will be licenced to use the BMS business
model and approach to supply chain analysis, assessment and
business improvement for your region.
