What is our refund policy?

Benchmarking Success Pty Ltd (BMS) do not accept refunds or exchanges. The specification of all data requests is the responsibility of the Subscriber, so you must select your requirements carefully.  All data supplied by the Subscriber is considered to be accurate and reflect their current performance.

BMS accepts no responsibility for performance comparisons made as a result of incorrect or erroneous data provided for comparison purposes by the Subscriber.

Data outputs which are the result of Subscriber requests are available once only.  Further comparisons can be purchased.

All data is customized to the Subscribers’ individual requirements.  Once data is provided BMS cannot accept "Change of Mind" returns for revised data requirements such as industry or supply chain type.
